- Compile pertinent information from stakeholders and effectively manage and disseminate the acquired insights
- Collaborate with business, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure common understanding and alignment

- Background in conducting business requirement reviews and developing optimization strategies
- Familiarity with industry trends in retail and eCommerce and staying updated with IT advancements for system updates and automation
- Proficiency in conducting stakeholder meetings, presenting ideas, and performing requirements analysis
- Skills in creating and managing project artifacts such as documents, epics, and user stories
- Competency in communicating insights and strategic plans to cross-functional team members and management
