- Provide end-to-end delivery management within high-growth environments

- 15+ years of IT experience
- 6+ years of project management experience with end-to-end delivery
- 5+ years of experience in product development
- Background in Java, MS.Net, or Salesforce development
- Strong experience in executing projects using Agile methodology
- Proficiency in software development and architecture-related tasks
- Skills in solution architecture including a detailed understanding of the components involved
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies
- Knowledge of financial aspects of account/project management such as P&L, revenue, and margin
- Strong people management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leading cross-continental software transformation projects
- Showcase of successful delivery in complex, highly dynamic environment
