Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager II to lead product development, strategy, and market execution. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and experience bridging market needs with business objectives. This role requires expertise in product vision, service design, and financial modeling to drive impactful product success.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and mission
Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch
Act as the bridge between market trends and business strategy
Design and refine product and service offerings
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Manage business modeling and financials for product success
Drive roadmap management and backlog prioritization
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies
Implement agile delivery methodologies
Define and track product success metrics
Lead AI-driven productivity initiatives in product management
Drive AI-based solutioning as a Product Manager

Requirements

16+ years of experience in Product Ownership and Product Management
Proven expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Lifesciences
Strong background in BPM, wireframing, mockup design, and product demonstrations
Experience managing product roadmaps and backlog changes
Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
Hands-on experience with market and competitor analysis
Proficiency in defining and tracking product success metrics
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
Experience working with AI models to enhance productivity in product management
Experience in AI-driven product solutioning
B2+ English level

Nice to have

Experience in emerging technology trends related to AI and automation
Knowledge of advanced financial modeling techniques
Exposure to global markets and international product launches
Familiarity with customer experience optimization strategies
Ability to drive cross-functional team collaboration at a high level
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Background in UX/UI principles and human-centered design
