Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to help improve business processes and systems within our fast-paced company environment. This role demands strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and experience in healthcare or medical fields.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed system and business process analyses to identify areas for improvement
Translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
Independently work with minimal supervision to deliver productive results
Create comprehensive documentation to support analysis and project progress

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in system requirements and data requirements analysis
Background in healthcare or medical industries
Skills in interpersonal communication, facilitation techniques, and documentation
Experience in pharmacovigilance
Capability to adapt to new technologies applied to the clinical trials process
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced company environment
