Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support a fast-paced agile delivery model, using the FlutterDriver and Appium frameworks
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure that applications meet specified quality standards
Collaborate with the software development team to understand application features, database design, and potential areas of risk
Document and manage defect tracking using a recognized system; retest defect corrections and regression test
Assist in the preparation of test plans and test cases based on the requirements and technical specifications
Provide input to improve overall test efficiency and test coverage
Report, track, and manage any discovered defects to resolution
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive root cause identification and resolution
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Utilize AI tools for enhancing business operations and decision-making.

Preferred Experience

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated testing of applications developed in Flutter
Proven experience with Flutter UI Automation Testing, Flutter Appium Automation
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
Strong communication skills with the ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing

A plus if you have

Experience on Automation Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Mobile Testing, Web Testing
Functional and Manual Testing
Experience on Management and Bug Tracking Tools - Jira, Trello, Coda
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, order management systems, and other restaurant-specific technology
Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques
Certification in project management and software tools
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!)

Remote work setup required, with a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a high-performance computer, and a Zoom-enabled camera.
