Senior Devops Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team at EOX Vantage. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, and driving automation to improve deployment and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and scalability of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• AWS Expertise: Manage infrastructure on AWS including EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, AWS Policies, and Lambda.
• Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
• Security & Monitoring: Ensure strong security practices and monitor system performance and health.
• Linux Systems Administration: Maintain and optimize Linux-based environments.
• Microservices Architecture: Support microservices-based applications.
• Database Management: Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL to optimize databases.
• Scripting: Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, etc.
• Containerization: Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• CI/CD Implementation: Work with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI to streamline development workflows.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage IaC with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & Logging: Use tools like ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring and logging.
• Version Control: Utilize Git, SVN for version control and collaboration.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in AWS services and Kubernetes.
• Experience in Linux systems administration and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PSQL).
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and Ansible.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring and Infrastructure Monitoring tools.
• Ability to drive projects from scratch and plan scalable solutions.
