1. Recruitment Sourcing of candidates through campus recruitments, consultants and Other various sources Screening 2. Joining formalities & Induction 3. PF, PT, ESIC working and its return as per legal requirement 4. Salary working 5. Maintain employee records & data base, Personal Employee files, MIS and paperwork 6. Plan and implement training programs Identification of Training needs, Co ordination of Training programs, Feedback and evaluation of Training, Training records maintenance. 7. Co-ordination of vehicle management activities. 8. Assist in performance management and employee evaluation. 9. Any other tasks assigned by the Department Manager or immediate superior. 10. Retention Conduct exit interview and review of attrition. 11. Checking and record keeping for Reimbursement of travel, relocation expenses and other recruitment and training related expenditure. 12. Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy 13. Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures 14. Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics 15. Create, implement and manage onboarding plans 16. Identify KPIs for All department / Employees 17. Adhere to Rules and regulations 18. Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals 19. Knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc. 20. Understanding of labor laws 21. Proficient in MS Office including Marathi Typing
