Job Description
- Responsible for managing day-to-day banking processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handle transaction processing, including fund transfers, account adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Process payments, deposits, and withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer account details, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in opening, closing, or modifying accounts based on client requests.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, company policies, and anti-money laundering protocols.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or discrepancies to the compliance team.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking services.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on daily operations, transaction logs, and account summaries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of customer interactions and transaction records.
- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
- Bachelors degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 2–3 years of experience in banking operations or financial services preferred.
- Proficiency in banking software, knowledge of regulations, AML policies, and compliance standards required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
- Certifications in banking operations or financial compliance and experience with digital banking platforms are preferred.
