Job Description
- Ensure Day to day unit HSE function
- Ensure safe work practices by assessing routine/semi routine/silent hour activities HIRA, job design, MMI.MCI and effective work permit implementation in defined scope
- Ensure HSE statutory compliance as per legatrix.
- HSE orientation to new employees, visitors
- Imparting safety training to CSM-A & B & conduct Quarterly CSM assessment
- Carry out incident investigation & suggest CAPA actions and solutions provider.
- Carry out Unit level safety committee meeting
- Ensure MOC/PHA for subtle process changes and solution provider
- Ensure healthiness & readiness of fire safety equipment
- Carry out quarterly unit level mock drill and unit assessment
- Prepare weekly, monthly safety report & safety MIS report.
- Ensure quarterly job work site safety compliance & safety MIS report and support on various occupational health & safety issue on health safety & environment.
- Handling environment legal compliance, entry in GPCB online portals
- Prepare MIS on monthly basis
- Verify bills enter into SAP (incineration, landfilling, co-processing & others)
- File maintenance & comply all the task timely in legatix
- Manage external audits
