MEP Site Engineer Large Scale Projects (2-3 Experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Collaborate with the construction team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate MEP activities and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of MEP installations with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address potential issues and maintain high-quality standards.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with the MEP design team, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design-related challenges during the construction phase.
Facilitate effective communication between design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical support to the construction team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues on-site, collaborating with the design team as needed.
Client Interaction:
Interact with clients and project stakeholders to address concerns, provide progress updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in project meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on MEP-related activities and milestones.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Enforce and promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of MEP installations, testing procedures, and commissioning activities.
Prepare regular progress reports for project management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
years of experience in MEP construction, with a focus on large-scale projects.
Knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and relevant codes and standards.
Proficiency in Advanced MS excel, Powerpoint will be an added advantage
Strong organizational and project management skills.
