Business Development Manager

We are looking for a person who can boost our IT staffing business, have innovative approach to find clients and have some existing client connect to start faster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Market Research:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned markets and industries.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Regularly meet with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify additional opportunities for business growth.
• Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service level agreements to clients.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure alignment between client needs and talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications in sales, IT staffing, or business development are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience in the IT staffing or IT services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding client relationships.
• Experience working with key decision-makers in IT departments or HR functions at mid to large-sized companies.
• Familiarity with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of the IT staffing industry, including trends, challenges, and key players.
