Job Description

As an Angular Tech Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Product Tech Team. You will work closely with the Product Owner to plan, execute, and evaluate team results.

What you will do

Deliver high-quality technical solutions and ensure impactful outcomes.
Address risks such as technical debt, system downtime, and security issues.
Lead design reviews and maintain accountability for system designs.
Track and report on deliveries and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) metrics.
Negotiate trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality with Product Owners.
Balance team urgency with burnout prevention and monitor team pace.
Provide technological context for complex features and guide team members.
Participate in cross-team initiatives and knowledge sharing through workshops.
Proficiently apply and adapt Agile/XP SDLC practices.
Engage in recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
Set and communicate clear team goals aligned with business strategy, fostering a motivating work environment.

Expertise in Angular, including Angular CLI and Nx; familiarity with React and Vue.
Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams while handling complex technical and managerial tasks.
Advanced skills in Microserv
