Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to lead impactful leadership and development training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, expertise in content creation tools, and exceptional data handling skills. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Training Lead

• Lead the delivery of leadership and development training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Work seamlessly with learning partners to support end to end program management and effectiveness analysis.

2. Content Development

• Develop high-quality instructional content, including videos, presentations, manuals, and eLearning modules.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest leadership practices and organizational goals.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with leadership and HR teams to assess training needs and align programs with business objectives and leadership competencies.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track training metrics and prepare reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, data visualization).
• Analyze training data to measure ROI and identify opportunities for program enhancement.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into training solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in training and development, with a focus on leadership programs.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong experience with tools like Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Instructional Design, Training, or Leadership Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
