Role : Senior Manager - Network and Security

Qualification : BE -IT/CS

Experience :

10+ years years of experience in network and security management, with at least 5 years in Network Security. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, CCIE, Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), or cloud security certifications are highly desirable.

Job Summary :

This role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization's modern network infrastructure, ensuring robust information and cloud security, and overseeing compliance with industry standards and best practices. This role involves strategic oversight of Nutanix HCI platforms, AWS cloud environments, and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities :

Design and Implement Modern Network Infrastructure :

- Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure, and efficient network infrastructure, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices.

- Ensure the network architecture supports the organization's growth and aligns with business objectives.

Information Security Management :

- Develop and enforce comprehensive information security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard the org. data and systems.

- Implement and manage advanced security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and encryption tools.

- Conduct regular security assessments, risk analyses, and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure continuous improvement in security posture.

Cloud Security Management :

- Lead the security strategy for cloud environments, ensuring that cloud services and applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.

- Implement cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and threat monitoring.

- Collaborate with cloud service providers to ensure that security controls are robust and effective.

Nutanix HCI Platform Management :

- Oversee the administration and optimization of Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), ensuring it supports business operations effectively.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the Nutanix environment through proactive mgt. and maintenance.

- Lead initiatives to integrate Nutanix HCI with other IT systems and cloud platforms.

- Ensure the org. network and security practices comply with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001 and CERT-In Guidelines.

- Lead the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Skills :

- Deep expertise in network architecture, information security, and cloud security.

- Strong knowledge of Nutanix HCI platforms, including deployment and optimization.

- Experience with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
