Sharepoint Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate must have 8+ years of experience with customer projects.   He/She must have the following experience:

• Leading a team : Providing guidance and support to team members, managing schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met 
  
• Developing solutions : Identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions that leverage the Power Platform 
  
• Ensuring security : Ensuring security by design, and building automated testing into the build and release pipelines 
  
• Integrating with other solutions : Identifying and developing points of integration with other solutions to enable better use of data 
  
• Collaborating with users : Working closely with the business and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships 
  
• Understanding business needs : Understanding business drivers, strategies, trends, and concerns to design technology solutions that meet the future needs of the organization
  
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge in SharePoint & MS Technologies (BI) with problem solving skills

• Communication - must be strong in both oral & written skills
• Client coordination
• Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills
• Hands on experience in Project scheduling / WBS, tracking and status reporting
