Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled QAD Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) implementation, customization, and system integration.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage client expectations and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical and functional consulting for QAD Enterprise Edition (EE).

- Handle QAD implementation, upgrades, and customization to meet business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and manage application support tickets independently.

- Work on EDI transactions, system integrations, and process automation.(good to have).

- Develop and enhance applications using Progress 4GL and SQL.

- Utilize Qxtend for data integration (good to have).

- Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and QAD standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with QAD/MfgPro, QAD-Qxtend, and Cyberquery (Good to have).

- Expertise in Progress 4GL and SQL programming.

- Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and system integration.

- Experience of QRF and EE customization.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively.

- Good oral and written communication skills.
