Accounts Receivable Caller

Role & responsibilities

At the direction of Enhancor, the AR Caller is directly responsible for the following:

• Flexibility to work in the US shift is essential.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience with eClinical Works (ECW).
• Medical Coding: Review and accurately code patient diagnoses, procedures, and treatments according to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Denial Management: Analyze, follow up, and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections. Work closely with insurance companies to appeal denied claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Insurance Calling: Make outbound calls to insurance companies to inquire about claim statuses, resolve issues, and gather necessary information to process or appeal claims.

Preferred candidate profile

• Requires a bachelors degree.
• Flexible to work in US Business hours.
• Relevant experience of 5 to 6 years.
• Adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for eCW activities.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in denial management & insurance calling and insurance

verification.

• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing guidelines.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, payer requirements, and medical claim adjudication.
• Experience in handling Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance claims.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management (must be familiar with the CCM module.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
