Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAS Visual Investigator (VI) Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, optimizing, and managing SAS Visual Investigator to support data analysis and investigation workflows. This role will involve working closely with data and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, customization, and performance tuning of SAS VI for organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configuration and Setup: Configure and maintain SAS VI workspaces, roles, access control, and system configurations to ensure efficient system performance.

- Entity Models: Design and manage custom entity models, including defining and maintaining entity types, hierarchies, and relationships within SAS VI.

- Investigation Workflows: Develop and optimize investigation workflows, such as case creation, task automation, and custom actions, to streamline investigative processes.

- Advanced Searching and Filtering: Customize search templates and implement filters for efficient, targeted data exploration.

- Data Feeds and Integration: Design and set up data feeds to automatically ingest and refresh data sources within SAS VI for up-to-date data access.

- Rule-Based Alerts: Create and manage rules with alert thresholds to trigger workflows or investigations as needed.

- Data Visualization: Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enable clear analysis and presentation of investigation data.

Required Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience: 3-6 years in a SAS Visual Investigator role or similar, with hands-on expertise in VI-specific configurations, workflows, and data management.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with SAS Visual Investigator setup, including workspace and system configurations.

- Advanced skills in entity model design, workflow development, and data integration.

- Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques for investigation data.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for custom actions or automations within SAS VI.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in designing rule-based alerts and customizing SAS VI search functionalities.

- Knowledge of industry best practices for data security and access control within SAS environments.
