We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join our esteemed institution, Podar Education Network, at our Shimoga location

This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in English literature and possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Qualifications And Skills

Fluent in English (Mandatory skill)

Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill)

In-depth knowledge of English literature, including classic and contemporary works

Proven classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment

Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance learning

Experience in applying differentiated instruction methods to cater to diverse learning needs

Creative mindset to develop engaging and interactive lesson plans

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive English lesson plans that align with curriculum guidelines

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

Evaluate and assess students' progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments

Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student improvement and development

Utilize differentiated instruction techniques to meet the varied learning needs of students

Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to English literature and language

Coordinate with other faculty members to integrate cross-curricular activities and projects
