Role & responsibilities

• Production system modifications: Adapt production systems to support JIT principles
• Inventory strategy modifications: Manage inventory to reduce wait times and respond to demand
• Process optimization: Continuously analyze and improve processes
• Quality control: Implement quality management practices to identify and address issues early in production
• Supply chain management: Oversee the supply chain, including building relationships with suppliers
