Twilio Developer - Messaging API (3-9 yrs)

Role : Twilio Developer

Relevant experience : 3+ years

Location : Bangalore/Mysore/Coimbatore

Work mode : Hybrid (3 days from office)

Shift : 2 PM-11 PM

Notice period : 30 days

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Core duties and responsibilities include the following :

- Support IVR Web Services (design, test, release and support)

- Support Integration to Twilio Voice and Message API

- Produce fully functional IVR Web Service writing clean code

- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

- Support writing of UI tests to identify malfunctions

- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

- Design interfaces to improve user experience

- Liaise with Engineering Development team to plan new features

- Integrate Twilio services with existing systems and applications to enhance communication capabilities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Twilio implementation and integration.

- Stay updated on the latest Twilio features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the effective use of Twilio services.

- Create and maintain documentation for Twilio implementations, configurations, and customizations

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 3+ years as a Twilio Voice and/or Messaging Developer

- Experience with Twilio Voice and/or Messaging API

- Understanding HTTP request and response cycle

- Entity Framework

- Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

- Good Communications skills

- Be able to work multiple tasks

Desired :

- Experience with prompt engineering and building application experiences with LLMs

- Strong understanding of UX patterns and are passionate about building intuitive UIs that customers will love
