.Net Backend Developer - C#/SQL Server (5-9 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and motivated .NET Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend systems using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, efficient, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core or .NET 5/6/7/8).

- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define system architecture and requirements.

- Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Integrate with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) and write efficient queries.

- Implement security and data protection measures to ensure system robustness.

- Write unit tests and contribute to automated testing efforts.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.

- Document development processes, code, and technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in backend development with .NET technologies.

- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, including .NET Core or later versions.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework (EF Core) or other ORM tools.

- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

- Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multithreading concepts.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS (preferred).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
