Job Description
Your Team
The web production team plays a pivotal role in managing the web presence for Invesco in the United States and Canada. Their core responsibilities encompass the creation of webpages, with a strong focus on fund launches and content management systems. This involves designing and developing web content in line with Invescos branding, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing timely information to investors. Additionally, the team is tasked with performing recurring updates, including Assets Under Management (AUM) updates, optimizing landing pages, enhancing the Total Client Experience, and curating microsites for specific content such as Investment Outlook and Insights. They also contribute to website personalization by utilizing Adobe Target, tailoring content and user experiences to individual preferences, and rigorously test all web activities using industry-standard testing frameworks to maintain a high standard of quality and functionality.
In summary, the web production team at Invesco US and Canada is responsible for a comprehensive range of activities, encompassing webpage creation, fund launches, content management, recurrent updates, and website personalization through Adobe Target. Their role ensures that Invescos web presence remains informative, user-friendly, and compliant, while their commitment to testing standards guarantees the reliability and quality of all web-related endeavors.
Your Role
- Assist in the development of responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create and maintain web pages.
- Collaborate with designers to implement visual designs.
- Debug and troubleshoot code issues and fix bugs.
- Use version control systems like Git to manage code and collaborate with team members.
- Help our business partners achieve their goals by leveraging digital services in the most effective way.
Play a part in Invesco s digital transformation to new capabilities (Adobe Experience Cloud; Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target)
- Deliver creative content on our websites and assist in managing our digital platforms within North America and potentially EMEA.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies aligned with business goals and user experience objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each test.
Experience You Bring
- Have an inquisitive and innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive value
- Familiarity with mutual fund/asset management industry operations would be an added advantage
- Good analytical skills including attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to ask questions, relate, connect the dots and see Big Picture.
- Shall be a good team player & open to work flexible hours
- Ability to work in agile, test & learn, and iterative environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Academic requirements
- 70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th , UG course and post graduate.
