Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English speaking and writing skills, along with good people management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams. The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for crafting precise, creative, and impactful prompts to optimize the performance of AI models and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality prompts to enhance AI model outputs across various use cases.
• Analyze and refine prompt structures to improve accuracy, creativity, and relevancy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, Marketing, Video & Graphic Designing and product, to understand business needs and optimize AI solutions.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on effective prompt-writing techniques.
• Continuously research and test different prompt strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document and maintain prompt guidelines and best practices for internal use.
• Manage and coordinate tasks within the team, ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in prompt engineering, content creation, or a related field.
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize prompt performance.
• Good people management skills to lead small teams and manage collaborations.
