Engineer-HSEF

Role & responsibilities

This role will be responsible for providing any kind of technical and administrative support to Group Head- HSEF, such as but not limited to be involved in organizing HSE initiatives, to help with HSE reporting, to make presentations, to support analysis

Description for Internal Candidates

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Administrative Support

• Responsible for providing administrative Group Head-HSEF with various HSEF events across Nayara.

2. Technical Support

• Support in planning and reporting HSE activities and performance
• Support in setting up HSE Initiatives

3. Presentation and MIS

• Prepare presentations for all kind of HSE needs.
• MIS reporting after collecting inputs from across all functions.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 

A.     Educational Qualifications & Certifications: 

1. Engineer or someone with technical background

B.    Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: 

1. 1 to 2 years of experience 

C.    Functional Skills: 

1. Stakeholder Management. 
2. MS - Office
3. Liasoning 

D.    Behavioural Skills: 

1. Communication Skills 
2. Attention to detail
3. Ambition to learn, to improve and to grow
