GDP Engineer

What You´ll Do

Technical Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings

Understand the supply modules & support for forecasting, supply chain coordination

Handling distributors in the territory.

Customer Engagement:Identify and target potential B2B customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Project management through Henkel CRM system (ACE).

Need Assessment:Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions

Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition.

Solution Design:Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs, create detailed proposals, including specifications, pricing, and project timelines.

Channel Sales Support:Work closely with channel partners to support the sales cycle, providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and the closing of deals.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details

To coordinate with Inside sales & Customer service, Supply chain

Forecasting supplies co-ordination for the team

Update daily activities in the ACE System.

Continuous Learning:Stay up to date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills.

What makes you a good fit

Bachelors degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering/ chemical engineering, or a related field.

Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

XL/PPT skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (the extent of travel may vary based on the company's industry and location).
