Responsibilities
Preparation of SOP
Knowledge about the preparation of qualifications like URS, DQ, IQ and OQ
Knowledge about the AHU validation
Knowledge about the purified water system and portable water plant
Handling of QMS documents like CAPA, Change control and Risk assessment
Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and calibration schedule
Preparation of Auto CAD drawings.
Handling of deviation
Review of Log books, PM labels, Calibration records and validation records.
Knowledge about temperature mapping
Preparation of BOQ.
Knowledge about MS excel, Word, PPT
- Excellent understanding of document control and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and training.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
