Overview:

5+ years implementing and maintaining robust PAM solutions to protect privileged accounts and access within our complex enterprise environments. Your expertise will be essential in safeguarding against unauthorized access, minimizing security risks, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The candidate will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills along with a strong willingness to learn new technologies. They are looking for people with strong knowledge of PAM concepts, methodologies, and technologies, including password management, session monitoring, privilege elevation, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ yrs. experience with the following PAM Concepts: (Delinea).
• Must include in the resume what is their specific experience in Delinea or Delinea Secret Server (Not just in technical skills section).
• Implementation: Deploy, and maintain PAM solutions tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring comprehensive coverage of privileged accounts & and access points.
• Configuration Management: Configure and manage PAM tools and platforms, including but not limited to privileged account repositories, session management, and password vaults, to enforce least privilege principles and enhance security posture.
• Integration and Automation: Integrate PAM solutions with existing identity and access management (1AM) systems, security infrastructure, and other relevant platforms. Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline PAM processes and enhance operational efficiency. (scripting languages e.g., PowerShell, Python )
• Must have prior experience conducting regular assessments of privileged access risks and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize remediation efforts to mitigate security threats effectively. (Risk Assessment and Mitigation)
• Must have prior experience with Incident Response (IR) and Monitoring: Act as a subject matter expert in PAM related- incidents, providing support during security incidents, investigations, and audits. Monitor PAM systems for suspicious activities and potential security breaches, implementing proactive measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Must have prior experience with Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of PAM configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate regular reports on PAM performance, compliance status, and security metrics for management review and audit purposes
