Responsibilities
Deliver IAM ForgeRock services directly to clients
Collect requirements and develop use cases
Formulate, verify, and defend security designs aligning with client objectives and industry standards
Define deployment and implementation methodology according to vendor guidelines
Install, integrate, and configure IAM solutions to support various management functions including User Life-Cycle, Access Governance, and Privileged Account Management
Communicate complex technical information effectively to business and executive levels
Create and conduct test cases and plans for IAM solutions
Address escalations and provide solutions promptly
Review and produce code, ensuring quality and efficiency
Administer solutions using ForgeRock Identity Management for complete user lifecycle management
Operate ForgeRock Access Management for authentication and authorization processes
Ensure high-performance directory access through ForgeRock Directory Services
Engage community and support through ForgeRock Backstage Portal
Generate custom scripts for integration with diverse applications
Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in IAM implementation using the ForgeRock Suite, including OpenIDM, OpenAM, and OpenDJ
Capability to independently troubleshoot support requests
Background in admin/support for Linux (Redhat) and Windows OSs, and Tomcat
Understanding of basic Linux shell and Windows PowerShell script writing
Proficiency in ITSM environments using tools like ServiceNow
Understanding of Controlled Change Management in support of SDLC
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
Expertise in LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RESTful APIs
Skills in scripting languages including JavaScript, Groovy, and Shell
Familiarity with directory services concepts and protocols
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Solid communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Required English level: B2
