Job Description
- Support key initiatives by driving and coordinating NPI projects involving 3rd Party Supplier
- Support product development to define product specifications and co-ordinate manufacturing of prototypes under confidentiality agreements.
- Coordinate activity with Design and Development functions, Manufacturing, Procurement, Trade compliance, Tax, and Legal to ensure all requirements of 3PM are met, and contracts are in place.
- Lead Low risk
- Support High risk
- Find and develop new innovative process opportunities to benefit future product introductions.
- Lead E2E supply chain process improvement projects across EMEA M&SC involving 3rd party Suppliers.
- Help develop and optimise 3rd party manufacturing processes to benefit 3M products and coordinate qualification activities at suppliers .
