Job Description

To extend on premises support to installed AV Infrastructures at Corporate , Large Corporate customers @ Noida, NCR .

Responsible for daily check up on the AV facilities running at different floors , report the functionality and if any breakdown found, ensure restoring the facility within agreed SLA . Facilities include Small meeting rooms, Video Conferencing rooms , Large board rooms, Cafeteria and Town Halls.

Working as per customers timing 48 Hours a week .

Coordinating with various OEMs and Seniors to resolve the complicated hardware failures. Own the responsibility of the support with respect to the assigned site.
Requirements

Any Engineering Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Audio visual Engineering support is preferred. Even experience in IT end user support, VC Support , networking support can also will be considered for this position. Worthy candidate can get more than the indicated salary package and incentives based on the performance/appreciation from end customer.
