About the role:
Tiger's growing Banking Financial Services vertical seeks self-motivated Analytics Leader with strong program management and client stakeholder management experience with domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services space and strong technical skills for a challenging role in the Banking & Financial Services Analytics area.
Responsibilities for this job include working with various clients to design, develop, and implementing various Analytics and Data Science use cases and delivering Data Governance projects to clients. Skillsets needed are a mix of hands-on domain context in BFS and Credit Bureau areas along with team leading and stakeholder management experience. The role comes with managerial responsibility to set and review tasks, perform QC, and to supervise mentor and coach analysts, align with client stakeholders and ensure strong project management practices.
Technical capabilities including MS Office Suite, Strong Program and Project Management Skillset and exposure to SQL, Python, AWS Cloud Services and Data Governance project experience
As part of larger Financial Services practice, you may get to work on a broad range of business-critical problems across various work streams across the BFS value chain. You will be engaging with clients and client partners to understand their business context, and work with a team of data scientists and engineers.

Job Responsibilities
1) Working with various clients to design, develop, and implement various Analytics, Data Science and Data Governance use cases
2) Conduct detailed analytical work with a high level of accuracy to deliver high level results to senior management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
1) Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics / Mathematics, or Risk Mandatory
2) Exposure to Credit Bureaus or large BFS institutions in the areas of Cloud Services and Data governance work
3) Exposure to the BFS Domain in at least anyone of Credit Risk & Strategy/ Fraud Risk & Strategy/Marketing Analytics/Customer Analytics. Exposure to Credit Bureaus is Highly Preferred
4) Direct client stakeholder management exposure
5) Strong communication skills

Desired Experience
1) Around 8-10 years of Work Experience in the mentioned domain in any product (Banking and Financial Services Industry - Indian and Global) or Consulting organization in this space
Desirable Skills
1) Working experience across Australia, New Zealand or UK Commercial domains
2) Working experience with Payment / Trade data, and Credit risk data (enquiry, loan type, late payment, defaults, etc)
3) Hands on Exposure to Cloud Services (AWS and Databricks preferable)
4) Exposure to Consumer Banking Analytics
5) Exposure to any Data visualization Tool (Power BI, Tableau)
