We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Development Strategist . In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and developing innovative campaigns and ideas for daily social media calendars for our clients. You will work closely with our creative team to execute these concepts, ensuring they align with client goals and resonate with target audiences. Your role will also involve providing creative ideation and content creation support for the social media team, focusing on trending content and disruptive, engaging strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to new and existing business pitch decks and have the opportunity to present ideas directly to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and develop pitch decks for new and existing business opportunities.
Present creative ideas and campaign strategies to clients and stakeholders.
Conceptualize and develop creative campaigns and ideas for daily social media calendars and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to execute and deliver high-quality content.
Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring that creative solutions meet their needs.
Support the social media team by providing creative ideation and content creation assistance.
Focus on trending content and innovative, disruptive ideas to engage audiences.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in the digital marketing space.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 1 years in creative development, social media strategy, or a similar role within a media or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Proficiency in using creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
Passion for sports and a keen understanding of the sports media landscape is a plus.
