Required Skills:

• Responsible to build and execute campaigns per campaign requirements, shared and approved by customer. 
• Campaign build includes: Campaign creation along with workflow, segmentation, suppression, retargeting, delivery templates using the HTML provided, personalization, A/B test and change request.
• Campaign execution includes: Deployment of proof to proof list, schedule & deployment of campaign to seed list and relevant target audience and monitoring of campaign up to 2 days post launch.
• Collaborate with campaign manager during technical feasibility phase, as and when required.
• Responsible to create technical document for new campaigns, along with plan and timeline.
• Highlight dependencies, risks and mitigation plans from technical point of view, if any.
• Review campaign brief/request form, request for clarifications, if any.
• Create/ update the campaign along with workflow, segmentation, suppression, retargeting, personalization, A/B test and required change requests.
• Create deliveries based on templates and using the HTML created and provided by creative agency/customer. 
• Ensure the changes agreed and captured, documented and updated in the relevant campaign brief/request form.
• Ensure workflow changes are incorporated. Any change in the content text (less than 20%) will be done by the Application consultant.
• Perform QA of the campaigns built by peer Application consultant/Campaign specialist.
• Collaborate with campaign manager and campaign specialist of specific campaign for designing UAT test cases, during design phase of complex campaigns.
• Update the QA/UAT checklist post QA and ensure copy is maintained.
• Collaborate with relevant team members and customer for any changes required in data schema on Adobe Campaign
• Deploy proof to proof list, schedule & deployment of campaign to seed list and relevant target audience and monitoring of campaign up to 2 days post launch, including Adobe Campaign based reporting.
• Ensure campaign manager is aware about the timelines, assets required, challenges and impact on other campaigns in queue.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, internal and external to ensure the committed timelines are met.
• Responsible for configuring Adobe Campaign to ensure that platform can support the demand from Customer
• Configuration includes: database revision, application re-configuration, custom report format revision.
• Collaborate with Operations manager and Campaign manager to provide guidance for alternatives and proactive solutions with regards to Adobe Campaign.
• Communicate estimated task timelines post the request has been allocated.
• Highlight features of Adobe Campaign and ensure client can use them while planning/ executing campaigns. Help to increase the overall adoption scores.
• Recommend best practices in Adobe Campaign to be followed in the account
• Plan Knowledge transfer sessions within the team to share the knowledge gained in implementing complex campaigns/solutions.
• Recommend process improvements in the operations and delivery.
