Systems Engineer - PLM Integration (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Conduct as-is analysis of CM / PLM needs, tool & infrastructure

- Define CM / PLM strategy

- Define a framework to establish and maintain the Configuration Item List (CIL) and baselines, including functional, allocated, and product baselines.

- Define configuration items (CIs) such as components, assemblies, systems, and associated documents.

- Define a framework and workflow for CCBs to manage with digital engineering principles

- Provide training and guidance on CM policies and tools to internal teams.

Technical Skills (Must have) :

- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical / Electronics) with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Working experience with CM / PLM environment

Technical Skills (Good to have) :

- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 10007, ANSI/EIA-649, or similar CM guidelines.

- Internship experience

- Background with MBSE / PLM / Requirements tools added advantage

Soft Skills (Must have) :

- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to analyze and document complex systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
