• Location preference - Chennai.
• Graduate or Postgraduate with an overall 10 years of experience. in product development and a minimum of 3 years of experience with new product planning and delivery, from concept to feasibility to development and launch.
• Experience in defining and developing products to meet customer requirements from inception to launch.
• Must have a customer obsessed and centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer journey, painpoints
• Have the ability to set clear product vision and strategy aligned with the business goals.
• Excellent Written and Verbal (articulation) communication skills
• Must a team player, problem solver with great attention to detail.
• Tech savvy. Ability to understand the technical aspects of the product, effectively communicate the same with development /customer/ business teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience in a B2B product management
• Be a product leader of the organisation
• Penchant for numbers as demonstrated by data-driven decision making
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

Tasks & Activities

• Prioritize the needs and feedback of the customer
• Define and develop product roadmap in line with business goals. Perform market/competitor analysis to stay up to date and make necessary course correction to the product journey.
• Articulate complex ideas, problems, solutions to key stakeholders with ease.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (business, tech, IT, UX, Vendors etc..); encourage them to meet product goals, overcome challenges.
• Monitor and guide product development process ensuring timely delivery of high quality products.
• Meet the trade-offs between scope, features, schedule and cost as needed.
• Define and deliver KPIs for the product success.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure product meets customer data privacy needs.
• Own the product requirement document
• Track and report on financial performances, including return on Investments (ROI)

To Deliver

• Product roadmap in line with Business goals.
• Market trend report/competitor analysis/tech trend reports- all which could have impact on our product and its strategy.
• Develop User stories/ use cases for product enhancement.
• An all-encompassing Go-to-market plan
• Customer feedback reports / management review reports and presentations.
• Post launch analysis and findings for continuous improvement
• Case studies, documentation to enable sales and marketing functions.
• Agreed upon KPIs related to Customer, Financial Product dev, User acquisition metrics.
