Job Description: Mobile Application Developer

Purpose of the Job:

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Developer with expertise in hybrid mobile application development.
• 5+ years of experience building mobile applications with a strong understanding of hybrid, native development practices, and Front-end web technologies.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and hybrid frameworks like Cordova or Capacitor.

Responsibilities:

• Hybrid Mobile Development: Develop efficient and responsive hybrid mobile applications using Cordova or Capacitor. Maintain and enhance mobile applications using native development practices for either iOS or Android.
• Front-End Development: Utilize skills in at least one front-end technology (Angula/React/Vue.js) to support and integrate web development needs.
• CI/CD Practices: Implement and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices, specifically focusing on building and deploying mobile app builds (.ipa and .apk) using tools like Fastlane.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize Xcode and Android Studio, Gradle for development, debugging, and deploying mobile applications.
• Agile Development: Drive and implement agile development methodologies.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust mobile solutions.
• Unit Testing: Write Unit tests using Jest or other relevant frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure project success.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development (hybrid and native).
• Proficiency in Cordova or Capacitor, and native development for iOS or Android.
• Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and tools like Fastlane.
• Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio, and agile development models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to deliver solutions that meet them.
• Good to have skills: API development, Hands-on experience with any database, Experience with Cloud computing like AWS

Qualifications Required:

• B.E/B.Tech(CSE), M.E/M.Tech(CSE), or MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology.
