1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team.
3. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
4. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
5. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
6. Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
7. Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given
objectives.
8. Consults with potential Clients to understand their needs, identifies and suggests the
products or services that will meet those needs.
