Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with Auth0 for authentication and authorization.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Design and implement data storage solutions, ensuring security and data protection.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js.
• Proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Experience with Auth0 for authentication and authorization.
• Experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
