Hiring For HR Recruiter (Pharma recruiter)

Role & responsibilities

The current job location is Andheri, Marol. However, the R&D center is shifting to Palava, Dombivli in next few month.

Hence the person has to work in Andheri for initial few days then to Palava once the R&D center shift to Palava.

• Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, technical expertise and salary requirements.
• Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have good experience in using job portal, LinkedIn search and other social media for recruitment

Experience in Pharma hiring will be an advantage
