Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Job Description:

5+ Years of experience in Collaboration & Test Platforms engineer

Responsibility:

Service Management: Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.
Automation: Develop and implement strategies to automate our platform, making it more efficient for DHL developers.
Scripting and Task Automation: Utilize bash, shell, and Groovy for consumption scripts and task automation.
Product Infrastructure Management: Manage our product related infrastructure on Google and Azure, ensuring its stability and efficiency.
Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Skill Set:

Proven experience in a DevSecOps Engineer role or a similar position (Developer or Ops Engineer), with a solid understanding of application and system administration. Experience in software development is a plus.

2. Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Shell.

Soft Skills:

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication both written and verbal.
Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus.
Strong action orientation; ability to make things happen.

Communication

Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
