You Do: - Leading and growing a team of high-calibre distributed systems software engineers. - Contributing to engineering team-wide process improvements and automation. - Collaborating with other teams to get ahead of cross-team dependencies. - Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex projects. - Contribute technically to projects, including task planning and code reviews. Our Backend is Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate etc. Our Frontend Stack is reactjs. You Have : - 3 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience - Experience building and managing large scale distributed systems - Object Oriented Development for 5 Years in Java or comparable language
