Project Manager IT

Role & responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet changing priorities and requirements.
• Team Coordination:
• Lead and mentor the development team to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Allocate resources and manage team workloads to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Proactively resolve project issues and bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and deliverables.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance and Deployment:
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are tested thoroughly.
• Oversee the deployment of web applications and ensure post-launch support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Post-Graduation/Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing .NET web application projects.
• Strong knowledge of the .NET framework, web technologies, and application development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Should have Technical Management and Technical Understanding capabilities, ability to provide technical guidance to team and solution ascertainment.
