Position Title : Project Manager

Experience - 10 to 12+yrs (High rise buildings *preferable*)

Location: Nashik(Mokhada)

Job Summary :

The Project Manager will be responsible for responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of new store openings, relocations, or renovations. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and a deep understanding of retail operations, construction, and design.

Deliverables:
Overseeing engineering projects such as store renovations, equipment installations, and energy efficiency upgrades. Coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Analyzing store layouts and recommending engineering solutions to improve space utilization and customer flow.
Managing project risks and developing contingency plans.

Desired Candidate Skills:

Preferably from Store Opening and Project Execution background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AUTOCAD 3DMax etc)
Should be comfortable with travelling and Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
