Product Lead - Fintech - Cross Border Payments

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Product Lead to accelerate growth in our Global Payment Solutions business.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing products and platforms with a focus on Merchant experience across Exporters and Importers, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology and Service Delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an integrated platform for Overseas Merchants to collect from Importers in India for goods and services.

2. Develop the UI flows for Exporters across good and services to have seamless experience with document reporting, receipt of funds and associated compliance.

3. Achieve a platform-based capability to undertake diligence and reporting, as required under Foreign Trade Policy and applicable regulatory guidelines.

4. Develop the product offering with partner banks with a clear objective to digitize cross-border trade workflow and provide a best-in-class platform for enterprise to mid-sized merchants.

5. Engage with internal stakeholders - Product, Compliance, Legal and Operations to develop new products and solutions with a focus on delivery, monitoring and overall success.

6. Drive a consultative approach with client senior team, with attention to desired customer journey, applicable regulations and deep understanding of payment products and solutions.

7. Track evolving regulations and payment systems in India and key focus markets to develop solutions that enhance success of our clients while minimizing implementation efforts.

Desired profile of the candidate

- 10-14 years of relevant experience in Banking - Trade Product/ Sales

- Led Trade Product/ Sales for Mid-Market/ Large Corporates MNCs/ Digital Marketplaces

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Cross-border payments

- Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks/ guidelines in India and key global markets

- Experience in managing execution with product, technology teams

- Product experience in payments/ cash management is preferred

- Goal focused with strong problem-solving skills

- Strong analytical and communication skills
