Job Description

 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of IT infrastructure solutions and services.
 
Responsibilities:
 
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure sector through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and solution architects, to develop and deliver comprehensive proposals and presentations that address client needs effectively.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth within the IT infrastructure industry.
5. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication at each stage.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability for the organization.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments in IT infrastructure technology and industry best practices, leveraging this knowledge to provide value-added insights to clients and prospects.
9. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales roles within the IT infrastructure industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and services, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data center technologies.
 
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
 
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
