Emorphis Technologies - Site Reliability Engineer - CI/CD (8-16 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer with 8+ years of experience to drive reliability, performance, and efficiency across our applications and infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms, observability tools, and automation technologies, coupled with a proactive approach to improving system design and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with development teams to build scalable, robust systems that meet business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor & Analyse : Gather and evaluate metrics from applications and infrastructure to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

- Collaboration : Work with development teams to enhance services through testing, release procedures, and system design consulting.

- Platform Management : Lead platform management, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization efforts.

- Automation : Build sustainable systems through automation of repetitive tasks, deployments, and monitoring processes.

- Service-Level Objectives : Establish and maintain well-defined service-level objectives (SLOs) to balance feature development speed with operational reliability.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and services to enhance overall efficiency and resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Cloud Expertise : Strong experience with Azure Cloud architecture and services.

- Observability Tools : Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Programming Skills : Proficiency in structured and OOP programming using high-level languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript, particularly for automation.

- CI/CD : Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools to streamline deployments.

- Problem Solving : Demonstrated ability to proactively identify problems, optimize performance, and implement effective solutions.

- Collaboration : Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
