Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Oversee and manage the P&L for government, PSU & other accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.

- Revenue & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Continuously track performance and adjust plans to meet objectives.

- Networking & Relationship Building: Leverage your network with CHROs, CEOs, and key stakeholders in the public sector to build strong, long-term relationships.

- Corporate Partnerships: Conduct market research to identify potential partners in corporates, banks, and other organizations suitable for strategic alliances.

- Senior-Level Engagement: Lead high-level discussions with senior executives to understand their needs and present tailored solutions aligned with Emoha's services.

- Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, secure agreements with public sector partners, and ensure long-term collaboration and success.

- Travel: Be ready to travel extensively for meetings, industry events, and exploring new opportunities.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Use market insights and data to drive strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve sales processes.

- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team (as & when the numbers grow), providing coaching, guidance, and support.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and progress against targets.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Govt/PSU partnerships, with a strong understanding of public sector dynamics.

- Network: Proven ability to leverage an existing network of decision-makers in public sectors, including CHROs and CEOs.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective strategies.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with senior executives and present Emoha's value propositions effectively.

- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to meet business objectives.

- Result-Oriented: Data-driven, goal-focused, and able to deliver results under pressure.

- Adaptability: Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualification - Education: MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
