Job Description
Support DMA & Algo Trading platforms of Equities and Derivatives.
Need atleast 3-4 years of experience of using Omnyses DMA
Quickly diagnose the problem related totrading environment and escalate to respective team / vendor for quickerresolution
Coordinate with various DMA/ Algo clients overphone or chat and execute expected actions / task by them on hosted infraspecific for them
Documenting and maintaining up to date detailsof new / existing infra, processes and workflows related to DMA / Algoenvironment.
Supporting RMS and Operation team
Must need good verbal communication skill.
