Associate Process Manager

Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible for all components of the daily settlement and ensuring accurate and timely processing, through adherence of internal control policies and procedures.
• Research and resolve problems relating to specific fails.
• Maintains proper daily workflow documentation evidence for regulatory and compliance purposes. Satisfies documentation processes to ensure files are easily found, understood and are well maintained.
• Daily comparison of open trade fails and ensuring items are tracked and actioned.
• Daily interaction with external clients, Brokers, Trading Desk, Sales Desk on trade discrepancies.
• Monitor Euroclear/DTCC/Crest/SGX/Clear stream to ensure matching of all settlement items.
• Work with settlements team to monitor and resolve trade breaks and fails.

Functional & Technical Skills:

• Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
• 4 to 7 years of experience in handling team of minimum 5-6 members and has good experience and knowledge of Settlements and OTC derivatives.
• Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities
• Shift time 12 PM IST - 10 PM IST / 07 PM IST - 4 AM IST
